Review on Creuset LS2532 307F Signature Enameled Cast Iron by Michelle Wright

The stew itself is 5 stars but I'm having trouble with the one I have. The shaft sent to me had a few scratches on the outside of the cap and a few spots of rust on the rim. I suspect the scratches came from the lid, which was packaged upside down and made contact with the edge of the grill, which was quite rough. There should be a piece of cardboard between them. At $299, these shortcomings are just disappointing. Of course I would send the product back but that would be too expensive for me as I have already sent it to my country (Le Creuset is not sold here at all).
