ring nuts well tightened but the washers were too wide. Stock rims (1980 Corvette) have a small indentation on the rims where washers are placed. These washers were too wide, causing the washers to buckle after 90 lb-ft of torque. This year and I'm sure other years there have been 3 lengths on the nuts. They were short and the curved shims and short profile made them uncomfortable for me to ride. I found an average length with the right shims. They are well screwed, but do not fit on standard rims.
