Review on 🧂 Somat Dishwasher Salt - Bulk Pack of 5 Boxes for Sparkling Clean Dishes by Debbie Thomas

My relatives use this brand of salt for their Bosch dishwashers in Germany and it works great for them, however the Somat salt we got here in New Jersey is not compatible with my Miele dishwasher . It had a powder (textured like baking soda) mixed with grains of salt. Our dishwasher stopped working and said there was a "feed error". The powder/salt clogged our salt container and pipe so badly that water couldn't get into the dishwasher. It took a lot of effort to diagnose and fix the problem. Not sure if it was a bad amount but for now I'm stuck with 4 packs of salt - maybe in winter it will help melt the snow off the driveway. Stick with the more expensive Miele dishwasher salt.
