I was concerned about buying a hat because several people said they couldn't straighten it after delivery, but I saw one person recommend using a hair dryer to get rid of wrinkles to remove and fluff up the hat. THANKS to whoever it was. Five minutes with a hair dryer and a hat in perfect condition. It's unbeatable in terms of price. Also, I have a small head and the hat has an elasticated drawstring in the brim to adjust the fit. It helped a lot! This is not a high end cap so keep your expectations in mind but if you just need something pretty for a costume or even a garden party this is your product.
