Bought two of these and one was missing hardware. I wasn't expecting much because they're so cheap, but the hardware is important. The quality is ok. I ended up using my own screws which didn't fit perfectly but hopefully enough. Contacting the manufacturer did not help. They wanted me to send the whole device back instead of just sending me a new package of screws!? It seems odd that they would rather spend $50+ on restocking and shipping than $3 on shipping screws. It seems others have overlooked the hardware as well, so this could be a chronic problem. Do not worry. Shelves are cheap and dented if you plan to use them anywhere other than the back of a closet. CLOSETMAID makes things better.
