Computer arrived in perfect condition; The packaging material was well thought out so that no damage occurred in transit. Once I unboxed it, I had no trouble setting it up and connecting it to my monitors, the internet, my speakers, and additional external devices. I love that the hard drive was a clean install with Windows 10 and no unnecessary programs! Of the many computers I've had, this was the only one that got it right the first time. The only issue I had was that there was no power plug included in the accessory kit, but I reported this to the company and they sent me one. Luckily I still had an old power plug, so I was able to connect to the new computer straight away.
