The monitor is fine - it does what it is supposed to. This is a replacement. The first lasted 14 months and then went to hell. I have nothing against Philips - no company is 100% perfect and anything can happen. What I have against it is the lack of customer support. I spoke to Philips and they said it would take two weeks to replace it. It doesn't work because I need it for banking, among other things. I then called Revain and got a new monitor the next day. Take it? Two weeks instead of 24 hours. You can count on Revain, Philips. Not as much. And Revain has increased the rating I gave Philips from 3 to 4 stars, while Philips downgraded Revain from 5 to 4 stars. (Blame by association Jeff - you really deserve 5 stars for customer service)
