Review on Connectyle Toddler Bucket Protection Green Boys' Accessories for Hats & Caps by Mike Roberts

I really like this hat for my 3 year old when it's used multiple times, in the park, swimming, biking etc. I especially love it for swimming because unlike other sun hats we've had when it was wet the fields hung down, this one can resist. Does it seem to foam a little? the material with the brim and outer fabric reminds me of the PUL fabric in cloth diapers. I bought the same hat for my almost 6 year old but had to go back and get an adult size hat as his head filled it completely and I wanted it to last a while.
