We had a leak in the water tank of our TOTO toilet. The leak was very small but constant. The filling valve made a faint sound like Pssst after filling water. I don't know the exact model number of the toilet, but the fill valve has a green cap that says "DUALMAX", "ANTI SIPHON", "528". I've googled and tried cleaning both the fill valve and the valve purge but no luck. So I bought this and replaced it, then it worked like a charm! The replacement turned out to be very simple - if you tried to clean the filling valve, then you probably already know how to do it. No more leaks and noise, I am very satisfied.
