Great platform - even better Customer Support
AppG's customer support team is very helpful. They are always willing to help with any questions or concerns I have. The dashboard is easy to navigate. It was difficult at first getting used to it, but now it's not so hard. It does sometimes take a while for all of my campaigns to update, so it can be slow if you're trying to get real-time analytics. We're using app growing primarily as a tool to run our mobile marketing campaigns. We're able to track our KPIs and use that to make improvements in our campaigns.
Pros
- Allows us do tracking campaign data
- Has great reporting capabilities both standard reports & custom report creation tools.
- Can create specific audiences within your accounts/campaigns (which we really need)
- Very good contact response times from their own staff
- Easy access via email links provided by them when they ask too many follow up emails without reply!
Cons
- Sometimes takes time updating account information / salesforce org records
