AppG's customer support team is very helpful. They are always willing to help with any questions or concerns I have. The dashboard is easy to navigate. It was difficult at first getting used to it, but now it's not so hard. It does sometimes take a while for all of my campaigns to update, so it can be slow if you're trying to get real-time analytics. We're using app growing primarily as a tool to run our mobile marketing campaigns. We're able to track our KPIs and use that to make improvements in our campaigns.
