These units look decent, quality and finish are consistent with their price point of under eight dollars for four. Note, however, that they will not fit in the large bases (where the transformer is located) of most CFL bulbs. With CFLs, you can't screw the bulb in deep enough to complete the circuit with the pin in the socket. They seem to work great with incandescent and LED filament bulbs. Also note that they cannot be used with 3-way bulbs: which physically adjust the contacts to provide variable light output.
