I used to get headaches weekly which prompted me to purchase this set of scissors. They're good, not great, but for the most part they get the job done. Good: Inexpensive, comes with basic attachments, comes with some lube, and they cut hair neatly. The bonus is that they come with cordless trimmers which are good for a few things. TMI Warning: I figured since they work well when trimming the hair on my north head, they would also be used to trim the hair on my south head. lol. In my experience, a cordless trimmer doesn't have enough "power" to cut through very dense undergrowth, so I used a corded trimmer for the job. Tip: take your time circling the world if you know what I mean! The Bad: The cordless trimmer drains the batteries so quickly! And it takes 4 double fives. The corded trimmer is very powerful but sometimes pulls out hairs. Also, sometimes you need to remove the blades and remove all the accumulated hair debris from there. There will be a lot of that. Clean and oil your blades after each use and this trimmer will serve you well for many years to come. I've had mine for 4 years now and it's still as useful as ever except I've stopped shaving my northern head.
