My 2 year old loves this stuff
Was looking for a sugar free electrolyte drink after long runs in the Texas heat. It's sad how hard it is to find, so I'm glad I found the Lyte switch. Honestly the taste takes a little getting used to but I guess it depends on your taste buds! My 2 year old loves it and keeps asking for more which is great when you don't know if he's drinking enough after being out in 100 degrees. I would recommend this to anyone trying to train in the heat and recover quickly, it definitely helps! I also like the high quality of the ingredients.
