I love that it is very comfortable. It gives and it’s very flattering on. I’m 5”8” 220 and I wear between a 12/14 and an extra large fits very well. If you are a true 14 you can wear it. But anything above I would say do xxl. The arms are very long. It also has a zipper extension which makes it very easy to zip on your own. The colors are beautiful and definitely makes u have a sweet sweat. The warming effect in cold water is a bit "overrated”. I would use it for maybe a cool temp, but definitely not deep sea extremely cool temperatures. I would totally recommend. I love this product!
