This is the work of magicians! I can't believe we've gone this long without one of them. If you're a soul mate interested in saving a few bucks on your electric bill and step out the door in the cold in a robe and slippers to turn off the lights. YOU'RE WELCOME! Do yourself a favor and get one of these! We used it for an entire winter season in Tennessee and it worked flawlessly. Plug it into an outdoor outlet.2. Plug in extension cords, lighting cords, etc. (it has 3 plugs).3. Set the timer for the number of hours you want it to stay on.4. At dusk, your lights will magically light up. don't ask me how Like I said. Magic! 5. When the timer runs out (we used 6 hours when the light turned off around 11:30pm) the light will go out. The nice thing is that if you want it to burn longer, you pick up the remote control and press a button. Light on. No more frostbite trying to save a few bucks on your electric bill. Ah, technology!
