I slipped these guys in as a last minute addition for my husband's birthday. His feet give him trouble sometimes because of (hereditary) diabetes and he said they were like soft gloves from the first try on. He hasn't worn a different pair of shoes except once for some gardening since he's had these. I was inspired to buy these in particular for him because I have the women's "Slim Fraidy" flips and I love them. Both are extremely solid, sturdy, well built, comfortable, true to size, well priced and oh so comfortable. I'd buy 'em again and recommend 'em wholeheartedly. Basically, these wear like a BMW rides -- firm but not hard, absorbent of shock but not mushy, exactly the right fit, and tactile luxury.
