Review on 🔧 Dee Zee DZ16210 NXc Mounting Bracket: Secure and Versatile Mounting Solution by Thimothy Purnell

I installed DeeZee16201 NXC footpegs on my 2009 Acadia using these brackets. You install them into pre-existing holes in the frame, which is a plus since you don't have to drill into the frame. The main disadvantage is that the screws are almost impossible to install. They expect you to thread the bolt into the included nut that floats in your frame. I had problems with all the screws and one won't tighten. The installation video on Deezee website doesn't help, they just skip this step. I contacted DeeZee and they didn't have a solution either. I used a screwdriver in the same hole on the bottom of the bracket to tighten it, but the top required some fiddling. I ended up taking the car to the dealer who was able to tighten the top three bolts but even he couldn't tighten one of them. The mounts look better than the OEM and work well.
