Definitely a five star item, but the picture shows a Stack Rack, not a Stack Rack II. The Stack Rack II has two baskets of different sizes instead of basket and bike rack. Anyway, the price is unbeatable! I was able to easily assemble it by following the instructions which provided me with a list of the three tools needed - two sockets and a wrench. The illustrations were clear and easy to reproduce. The only information missing was the pin size for the hitch receiver. If you do not yet have a PIN for your receiver, this information is difficult to obtain. I've been on the phone for twenty minutes, counting while (very cute!) a customer service rep reviews his information and calls the manager who is also looking for her. You might think that this is pretty common information. The support number doesn't really give you a company but a service that covers many companies so they just gave me the same information.
