This drain auger did a good job of solving my clogged drain problem and helping me avoid plumbing bills. HOWEVER, the guide is not the best for the novice user, so watch the YOUTUBE video on how to install the drain first. The machine is reliable enough for the money and I've run it through the tube and back for more than half a dozen. times without incident. So, this is a good product and I would buy it again if it stopped working. Also looks like a machine so NYAHH, COPPER, CATCH ME CATCH ME
