Terrible product. I do not recommend.
My husband and I completed all the steps - we prepped the surface (wire brush and scrubbed the ENTIRE roof surface), starting with a primer (2 coats) and finally 3 coats of this paint. We also used caulk and Dicor tape; Tape for seams and sealant on the roof vents. And guess what?! Rust appeared after 4 weeks! We have worked hard to get our roof in shape and are VERY disappointed in this product. Not only is this very expensive, but it clearly does NOT work. I do not recommend this product at all.
