I have trouble opening things and was recently diagnosed with carpal tunnel syndrome. My hands are numb and so is part of my arm. Well it really works. Just drop it on the item you want to open and follow the instructions. It even has a gadget for opening tabs and cans of soda or drinks. I ordered the same set for my mother, she really liked it. She called me right after she opened the jam jar. So it helps both of us. A great product has been invented.
