BELIEVE ME. SMALL.
WARNING! These dresses are sooooo cute and I love their design, but took a star off because they are at least two sizes too small! I can't imagine how some of these reviews say "fits true to size" because I have used them as my flower girl dresses and my cousin usually wears a size 4 and ends up being a size 7, the size is almost perfect! BE SURE TO ORDER ONE SIZE OR TWO OR THREE UP unless your child is smaller anyway.
