I bought this thinking it would work well anywhere but there are only certain spots in the car where it will work. Luckily I got the velcro straps and attached them to the dash. Everything is clear there, but sometimes it can be a bit blurry in different areas. Good for the price, but if you're not looking for fuzzy noise, plug in an audio cable
