Great if you can find a good seat in the car.

I bought this thinking it would work well anywhere but there are only certain spots in the car where it will work. Luckily I got the velcro straps and attached them to the dash. Everything is clear there, but sometimes it can be a bit blurry in different areas. Good for the price, but if you're not looking for fuzzy noise, plug in an audio cable

Functions. but not great.

I love how this transmitter integrates with the Nano. However, it fits perfectly and forms a neat and tidy package; The transmitter is so weak that you MUST place the device VERY close to the receiver and/or its antenna. Even then, there is often more static/interference than I would like. If you find the right spot and don't move, it works well, but expect inconsistent sound quality while driving. I think it's worth the price but please don't overestimate your expectations.

Bigger than expected but works well

This is actually my third iTrip I've bought (each for a different iPod). I have always been very impressed with the previous two iTrips I have used. The biggest surprise at the time was that I expected the iTrip Nano to be a small, tube-shaped device that attaches to the bottom of my Nano. To my surprise (and contrary to the photos shown) the iTrip Nano is actually about the same size as my 2G Nano iPod and fits behind the unit. Initially I was a little annoyed by the much larger than expected…

Mediocre at best for a portable AV

The Griffin iTrip for iPod 2nd generation has a very attractive design, if not the most stylish of any other FM transmitter on the market. But this is where the positive aspects of this article end. That's also the main reason I bought it, mainly for the looks. This transmitter is powered by the iPod battery and I feel that this is not enough for the transmitter to emit a strong signal. I live in New York and it's very easy to get over it. Also, every time I pick it up or move it slightly in my

Great Investment in Portable Audio & Video

I was attracted by the price and some other reviews. I have previously had two other FM transmitters for my iPod nano and this was the best purchase of the three. My first was one of the cup holders that you plug your iPod into and it charges when plugged in. This was good for long trips as it charged the battery while playing music. The transmitter power was very low and every time someone passed me in another car with the FM transmitter I was forced to listen to their music until we were far…
