I had problems from day one. I didn't even bother to use it, it was so slow and abysmal. It started getting into a reboot loop a few months ago. I was in the store for three weeks and took it home on Monday. "Fixed," they said. "Bad RAM," they said. They said $160. Delivered to home and everything seems fine, but terribly slow. This requires me to do security updates. OK. Excellent. All Windows laptops/PCs should be able to perform security updates. And we're back to a reboot loop and a completely unusable system. Never, ever, ever buy a DELL again.
