my parents bought me this for my sophomore semester at uni and i love the update. A very smart car and it is very nicely built. I like the fingerprint recognition, it's much better than typing a password, that's for sure. I mainly use it for writing essays and research papers and can easily open more than 30 tabs at a time. I am a longtime Dell customer and have extensive experience with their products and services. This is an excellent laptop in terms of speed, screen quality, weight and overall looks. However, the keyboard is not that great. All of the keys are offset to the left of where you normally start typing, and the key lettering is incredibly bright and difficult to read. We bought a black rubber keyboard cover, which did somewhat to solve the problem.
