However, one came with a defective hard drive and the seller at Zinke Deal decided to charge a fee to return the defective computer. The laptop that was sent was defective. He had a broken hard drive. We cannot test a computer without opening it. How can I be charged a restocking fee if the computer I received was defective to begin with? The packaging MUST be opened to turn on the computer. When we turn it on, it cannot find the hard drive. I shouldn't be charged a redemption fee for this. I also tried calling the phone number assigned to the seller and they didn't set up voicemail.
