I like that they are small. I love how they are made from a dense rubber material that has a compressed/molded feel with a fabric outer shell. There is some "flexibility" to the material, but overall it's very dense and has to support significant weight. I ordered them for a very specific use in my house. I had to find a small compression wedge that could slip between the baseboard's heatsink damper and the hinges it was attached to. Wall-mounted speakers, when hit at the right height, created a distracting harmonic hum throughout the radiator due to a loose damper. In 15 minutes I managed to get them to the right size, put them in all the hinges and voila, all the noise made by the speakers was gone! Considering they come in a box of 12 I have a lot more practical uses at home now.
