Overall service has been excellent. Has helped us manage accounts payable better and has made managing accounting easier. Has a lot of experience and knowledge of small business accounting. Easy to understand the whole process and helps us save money and time. Very responsive to our requests and suggestions. Helps us organize our books better. Overall happy with the service and would recommend to other small businesses. I think this software could use some more features such as an online invoice generator or even just an electronic signature capability. Also the customer portal should include information on how to make payments via check or direct deposit into my account.
