High quality MERV 8 HVAC filters.
I used a MERV value filter that was too high for our system. Since I've been using these filters, the airflow in the air conditioner has gotten much better. I've also monitored the filter color to see how much "stuff" the filter is holding back and they seem to be doing their job well. Our whole family deals with various respiratory issues so I only use them for 1 or 2 months at a time. I'm curious to see how they perform in colder weather when we use the heating portion of our HVAC system. I'm ordering more today.
