The size is correct but the upper part of the heel is made of elastic material that surrounds the opening for the foot and I can't grab the heel properly. you slide. I can't wear them. UPDATE: The manufacturer of this shoe contacted me to try and resolve any issues without asking me to change my rating. Your customer service was fine. But the shoes are ok. The second pair they sent me fit better but still not quite the same. I have several pairs of these shoes from Columbia etc and they fit perfectly. This brand just doesn't fit my foot.
