uGears sets are always good. I had built several others before so I was prepared for the challenge and learned a few things from the previous kits to apply here. You can build this in a day if you have experience with these wood sets. If not, try a few others first. They supply candle wax with their kits, but I prefer a paraffin block like the one used to lubricate the door rails, it feels more slippery. The only difficulty I encountered with this design was trying to tie knots while pulling. They illustrate a more complex tail knot. I decided to use a simpler surgical knot so my arthritic hands wouldn't scream at me. It worked well. Follow the instructions, watch the videos they link to and you'll have an instrument to play in no time.
