Perfect fit for my friend's 2007 Honda Accord, installed in less than ten minutes. (Of course I do a lot of car work.) Simply remove the interior trim with your fingers - no tools required for this, but you can use a wooden or plastic spatula if you have trouble - unplug the position motor and use an 8mm wrench loosen three nuts; The magnet is a good idea to keep the bottom two nuts from falling when they are in the crack. (See my attached video.) There is a small piece of caulking material that you will want to apply; It's on and it took about fifteen seconds to put it on. The rest is simply pressed in and the 8mm nuts are reassembled. You may want to paint the lid to match the original. If the mirror doesn't fit, make sure you know which trim is right for your vehicle. Use google to help :)
