It's easy to use! Easy for staff members that have never used it before as well; they can easily get familiarized within minutes of using this software in their daily work process (it has everything you need). I think we've been able solve all our needs since day one when starting up with nobeds but now there are things i dislike about my dashboard because some features aren't available anymore like being able do multiple timeframes at once or doing advanced reports etc.. If your looking into something new make sure its compatible first otherwise just stick w/ what works best right away without having too much problems down the road if needed changes occur later. Our team efficiency improves by 20%+ which allows us better customer service while still keeping track how many hours each member spends working every week/month compared from previous years.
