Land to Major Thompson!🚀

Ok, I love the computer 🖥, but it talks keeps getting me download errors to network. I disabled the measured data but I can't download anything. not even an upgrade to 11 or the computer files I need. I sincerely hope someone from the company will read these reviews and get in touch. did anyone else have this problem?
