The best thing about Accel is the support team. They are always willing to help, and they are always quick to respond. If you need help, they are there. The product is expensive, and it's difficult to make it work unless you are willing to put in the time to learn it. I think the product is too complicated for me to use. I also don't like that it's not as easy to customize as it should be. I use Accel for all of our sales and marketing, and I have to use Accel for everything. I wish it was more flexible. I wish there were more add-ons available. It's not that it's bad, but it's not as flexible as it could be. I wish I could be able to do what I need Accel for with other.
