Update : the seller contacted me after the review below. They sent a YouTube video to show us how to correct the problem. My husband followed the directions and was, indeed, able to fix the leak. (He re-seated a gasket that had dislodged.) We appreciate the kind, quick response from the seller AND the fact that we didn't have to deal with purchasing another faucet. It was a very simple fix. We'll give it 4 stars: we really do love having it in our kitchen, but feel that the gasket shouldn't have had the issue.We received this faucet Aug. 24, 2016. We loved it! It looked GREAT in our new kitchen, and we loved having the options of the regular faucet or the sprayer. However, on Nov. 20, 2016, when I began washing dishes, water began pouring out of the joints in the main stem and the sprayer. We've tried tightening it, but nothing seems to work. This is a huge disappointment and a pain. It's almost Thanksgiving; I have a lot of cooking to do! We don't want any water damage, so we're having to turn the water supply to the sink completely off. The return deadline has passed, so we're out the money, now. This faucet lasted less than 3 months and is a complete disappointment.
