I liked the shower head until: I heard how loud it was and the long hose. However, I bought this because of the warranty quoted in the sales description. It clearly states lifetime warranty. However, after 16 months, mine sprouted a leak in the hose. Not a big deal right? Well guess what, there is no warranty service after 12 months. In addition, you do not get to speak to a person, it is all online and as soon as date of purchase is disclosed, you get a message out of warranty and that ends the session. There is no option to speak to anyone. You can send another message and I did. However more than a week has past and I have had no response. Oh well, I will just buy a replacement hose. No NO NO! The company does not sell replacement hoses nor can you buy one that fits anywhere else. I searched online for two days. The problem is this hose has male ends and the shower head is female. No hoses that I could find have male end hoses. I.E. you have to replace the entire shower head.I threw it in the trash and bought one with a real lifetime warranty. It cost a lot more; but, that is OK. Like I said: I buy warranty. This time I bought from a company with real warranty: Kohler!I highly recommend that everyone stay away from purchase of this product. There is no customer support and replacement parts cannot be obtained anywhere.UpdateSince posting this, I have been contacted several times buy the seller. They have made several attempts to satisfy me. As I told them: IT IS TOO LATE.I hope they will do a better job of monitoring their customer needs. I will not change my review, as it caused me too much time trying to get support. Also, I threw it in the trash. They reportedly have sent me a new hose. OK fine; but what will I do with it? Now they are offering to send a full replacement of the shower head as soon as they restock. But, I have already replaced the unit with a Kohler and I am not going to change now.My final word is that this may help others get support and they need to make it clear that they will honor their stated lifetime warranty. Their BOT response saying 12 months is it should be eliminated and customers should not have to worry about whether or not they will get a replacement.If you are looking for help, stick to it and they will probably, maybe, there is a chance that they will respond. One thing is for sure: Posting unsatisfactory comments does get a response.Good luck to all of you.
