The customer service was excellent! I had questions about my account because of multiple billing errors made by my previous employer's payroll department. Very friendly staff who addressed all issues quickly and professionally. No complaints at this time; however, if there were other problems they would be corrected immediately as well. We are using iontuitions services for our employees' Federal Loan Repayment Program (PLUS). Our current rate has been quite low since we have many eligible participants taking advantage of the program. It definitely helps that it is one less bill each pay period. So far so good! Currently no changes needed. Other employers will probably recommend us due to their own experience. Excellent benefits package including PLUs plus plan contributions which significantly reduce monthly outlay payments compared to conventional programs offered elsewhere.
