Good insulation, good adhesion
I used a full roll to wrap my K&N receipt. It definitely helped keep airbox and pipe temps down, but loses points due to the lack of clutch. Even a little heat didn't make it sticky enough. it keeps peeling off on the curves. Okay, nothing can be fixed with a little superglue. Too bad it also looks a lot like duct tape - I'd go with plain black if offered.
