I think the most important thing to know about this product is to lower your expectations a bit. Everything that promises to be, it is. a little less. Promises to be soft and luxurious. It's soft, but not so soft that you feel it's an improvement. It promises to be comfortable. it's comfortable, but not so much that you want to sit in it. The belt loops are too high. The neckline is too big and loose. The color is not clear. Almost everything about it is like, "Hmm. I had hoped for something more. matches the color. As such the product works like a robe and probably isn't worth returning to me. I think I'll end up just using it as a poolside robe and buying another to replace with more desirable properties. Maybe that's the end use: use it as a pool or beach towel when you're ready to dry off but not ready to change/go home. And I think the name implies that it might be better to use it anyway: spa robe as they call it. Maybe it's just me and I should have found out before I bought it.
