I use it every day. Moisturizes, does not cause burns, is quiet, does not leak, does not puddle, seems durable. It's a big deal and I'm grateful to them for that. On the other hand, I don't like the refueling process. - Use your fingernail to push the top of the steam nozzle out (may take a few tries), otherwise it may fall to the ground; - Turn the blue tank upside down until water drops fly from the bottom; - unscrew the filling hole (easy - good ergonomics here); - Pour a gallon of water with or without one hand - You'll need at least one hand to turn this weird shape upside down; - Unscrew the hatch to block the water; - Turn it right side up again; - Carefully place it on the stand (quite easy, but some drops may be scattered again); - Replace the upper steam nozzle. This humidifier is designed so well for everything but filling that I can't imagine why the filling isn't better designed.
