Firstly I am a person who doesn't even bother to leave product reviews but this product is really good and special to me and I will tell you why in seller rating section I thought I had to take a few minutes to write a review. This device is very well built. It feels very solid. It will definitely help to grow corals in a nano aquarium. I couldn't believe I could get a device like this for $50 How to open the box, I thought I would have to buy a battery to power the remote but I was wrong. The remote control contains a battery and another backup battery is included. What else would you ask for? 2 lenses are included in the package, 180 and 60 degrees, gooseneck and cymbal mount is all you need to close a nano reef aquarium i bought this to start my pico reef with it m i don't need to turn it down to a medium brightness setting, so I don't burn my coral. It's okay folks. This may be the first review I have ever written for a product simply because I don't even bother to write reviews. I have to do this because the product is really good and the seller's customer service is exceptional. So I chose this device as it is a cheaper LED device compared to others. So I decided to give it a try. It was basically for launching Pico Reef Jar and was only $50 so I was like "whatever". I was surprised because the device is very well made for the price. However, what surprised me the most was the attitude towards this seller's customers. They happened to have different mounts for different devices (rimless and aquarium, marine and freshwater I think). Mine came with the wrong bracket so I couldn't install it on my reef can. I took a picture of the mount and emailed it to the email address provided in the instructions. it was over the weekend so I figured I wouldn't get an answer until next Monday. Guess what? I received an answer within a few minutes. From what I understand, different units have different tank mounts. I was just unlucky that the wrong bracket was installed in my unit. I think we all make mistakes, but how we fix them is what really counts. So a customer representative helped me throughout the process to get the right tank mount named Darlene Huang. She explained to me what really happened and what she would do to correct the mistake. She said she would send me a new tank mount. Again, I was a bit unlucky that my issue came up during Revain Prime Day, so pretty much everything was delayed. Darlene told me about it and I totally got it. Supposedly a replacement tank mounting kit finally arrived after about a week. The moment I picked it up off the ground, I knew for sure that it just wasn't a mount. And I was right. She sent me a brand new freshwater version with the correct tank mount. I thought it was another mistake so I offered to ship everything else without the tank mount if she sent me a shipping label but she told me to just keep it. I think that's a very good way to make up for the mistake in the first place. Again and again. It was a very special buying experience from this seller and I would definitely recommend it simply because the product is good quality and the customer service is fantastic.
