I bought this wheel to grind down the rust and scale on steel, why this one-? Because is is so fine- it does not leave scratches like an abrasive stone wheel would. The marks left on the steel are very fine and easy to grind out. Problem: The center hole is not 7/8" diameter that would fit my standard hand held angle grinder. I had to drill out the center hole to make it work, once that was done it works for what "I" want it to do. I have not used it to grind down concrete with. It is still a bargain at it's low price. I can't complain about it. JM
