Sneaky Sneaky! Received this afternoon, inflated and was confused hearing it being deflated. Upon closer inspection, it looks like someone owned it before me. They pierced it, tried to mend it, failed and returned to Revane who promptly sold it to me. Sent back immediately, very disappointed. Luckily I have time before we start looking for a replacement somewhere other than Revain. I have to be clear, I doubt the manufacturer left it that way and the second pillow I ordered is in good condition, works as it should and is very comfortable. I look forward to using it on my next flight.
