.I got no installation instructions at all in the box; there was just a 2-page maintenance pamphlet that helped a little. I had to go buy plumbers putty and didn't need the white gloves they included for this $50 item.The drain lever interfered with my existing plumbing (not their fault, for sure) but because they included drain pipe was smaller than my existing plumbing, I just reverted to my old stopper drain and threw away theirs.The installation instructions would have been nice and a drop of plumbers putty would have saved me a trip to Lowe's to spend 3 bucks for the smallest putty jar I could find just to throw away literally 99% of the jar. I did use the white gloves to wipe the floor before I threw them away.so that was worth it.
