Easy to use for both new users as well as those familiar with other products like Sharepoint or OneDrive.
The ability to have multiple people manage content in one place has been very helpful when working remotely! We are able to create custom workflows using Powershell which makes it easier than creating them manually through web interface. I would love if there was more customization available within each folder/section so we could add additional fields without having to open every file individually. This allows us to keep our files organized while still being flexible enough to update any information needed at anytime.
