Just got it 2 days ago and everything is working great so far! The pixels on the screen wow what a difference to the computer I use at home for work. Comes with a wireless keyboard and mouse and instructions on how to pair it with your iMac. You need to buy AA batteries for mouse and keyboard to complete setup/sync if wireless. This iMac is fast, beautiful, almost new and I'm still in love with it. Mine had a small dent in the front but nothing major and looks like new. The mouse appears to be used, has a few scratches but nothing out of the ordinary. The keyboard looks almost new. Well packaged and a signature was required on delivery which is great for not losing the package. I downloaded my information from iCloud and it was quick and easy. Customer support replies quickly and I know it because I emailed them some questions before purchasing the imac and the replies were quick. That's all I can say for now, let me keep using it and we'll see. I hope this lasts because I love it! The dent is visible in the photo, so nothing serious. We have to understand that it is renovated, not new. Outwardly it will not be perfect. If Amazon allows me I will update you with feedback as I continue to use it.
