The brown leather and metal finish of this bag looks very nice. As well as the decorative clasp on the phone pocket before it broke. I like to carry a short shoulder bag when I travel, especially when I fly. So I ordered these last year (2017) at the end of November just before I left town. I enjoyed it during my week-long visit to a scattered family and then kept it in a closet for several months. Due to the operation, the next time I went was at the end of September this year (2018). On the third day of the trip, I saw that the gear had fallen off. Now I have no way to secure my phone case so it's useless. Too bad because otherwise it's a high quality product and it wasn't a cheap price. :-(
