The box itself is actually used by countless manufacturers. What makes this one different is that "knockout" isn't like that at all. You CANNOT rip open the connector hole no matter how hard you try without a dremmel and a sanding attachment. The steel gauge is heavy enough to make it very uncomfortable. I spent about an hour cutting and drilling a hole for a 3/4 plug. And even after all was said and done, I basically butchered the damn thing. To make matters worse, the fork is simply poorly designed. If you've ever worked with 6 gauge wire you know how difficult it is to handle. Rather than having clip-on ports, this thing is a center bolt type. Doesn't matter? The clamp style has the screw on the side and you simply strip the wire, insert it and turn the screw to clamp it. This thing you have to "break" into threads and hope the screw will hold it. Well, news. It's not like this. I went and bought another fork. It was a world of difference. Proper and safe design courtesy of Lenovo. hey beautiful green box. That's why I always bought it. This should plug the Tesla into an outdoor 50A outlet. That's all I can say good about him. Such a disappointment.
